Kate offers private, semi-private and small group classes for up to 6 participants at your location. She is certified in several styles of yoga ~ Hatha, Vinyasa & Restorative.  She has trained extensively in the use of posture modifications and props, both of which make her yoga safe and accessible to all levels of practitioners.  Trauma-informed Yoga (ptsd) & Cardiac Yoga (lower blood pressure) are among her advanced level certifications.

For local residents, or those visiting the area for longer periods of time, regular private yoga sessions are an effective way to receive personalized support for your unique area of pain or discomfort.  Kate is invested in motivating her clients to get started on a consistent flexibility routine, offering complimentary follow up videos that keep you moving in the right direction.
